Refunds and cancelling

Refunds

If it doesn't work for you, email support@mcbuildstudio.com within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. Later months aren't refunded unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time on Link, the checkout service Stripe uses. Your account page has the link. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for, then the app locks. Nothing else is charged, and your builds stay on your PC.

Your AI plan

Your Claude or ChatGPT plan is billed by that company, so we can't refund or cancel it.
